The Balancing Parties are subject to a Daily Imbalance Charge under Rate Schedules LMS-MA and LMS-PA. The amount of the Balancing Party imbalance and the Net Pipeline Position at the end of the Gas Day will determine if the Daily Imbalance Charge is applicable to such Balancing Party.
