Employee Engagement
Since 2019, ONEOK has conducted multiple company-wide employee engagement surveys. The survey, administered by a third-party firm specializing in employee engagement and analysis, targeted key workforce topics including trust and collaboration, work conditions and leadership. Company leaders review survey results and identify company-wide and segment-specific focus areas and action items.
